 Prapu The ingredients:  One cup of split Bengal gram, also known as chana dal, steeped for two hours One little onion, diced Two to three chopped green chilies 1 tablespoon of garlic-ginger paste One teaspoon of zeera cumin seeds One teaspoon of haldi, or turmeric powder Red chili powder, 1 teaspoon One teaspoon of powdered coriander (dhania) Half a teaspoon of garam masala Add salt to taste.
